The wedge wire drains have superior flow capacity due to a unique wedge wire design. Water flow is easily diverted via `V` shaped profiles forming the working surface of the drain. The relief of the wedge wires ensure that particles less than the slot size move freely through the grate without obstruction.
Tianjin Tuoming's wedge wire drains are durable and used freely in full stainless steel construction made from either grade 304 or 316 to AISI standards. Once a wedge wire grates is fitted, it should be there for life, opposed to cast iron and or plastic grates that break down over time.
Compare to the traditional wedge wire linear drain , the Anti-slip linear drain is greatly increased the anti-skid performance . It is more suitable for slippery floor or oily environment .
