All of our products have a "3*90 degree standard"
(1) The angle between top bar and low bar is 90 degree
(2) The angle at each corner is 90 degree

It's nearly perfect straight after welding.
For a 3000mm product , The STRAIGHT tolerance is < 0.5mm.(Not the size tolerance) . It's very hard to achieve for a welding product .
3.High-precision slot size
The gap between the top wire is quite even . Our tolerance on each gap is +0.5mm
Whatever how long the project is & how many pieces you connect , our shower grate will connect line by line exactly .The appearance looks like that there is only one grate .
